CMO Circle contains sub-groups focused on specific topics or interests. Participation in these groups is entirely opt-in. You will only be added to a group with your explicit consent. You may leave any group at any time.

5. Sponsors & Advertising

CMO Circle is supported by occasional sponsors and advertising partners. We want to be clear about how this works:

  • Sponsors do not receive your personal data, phone number, or contact details as part of any sponsorship arrangement.

  • Your data will only be shared with a sponsor if you have specifically and explicitly chosen to share it yourself.

  • Sponsor content or messages may appear within the community from time to time, but these are clearly identified.

6. Payments

Where payments are required (for example, for paid events or membership tiers), these are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. CMO Circle does not collect or store your payment card details directly.

7. Community Content & Moderation

CMO Circle is a community-led space. Members post and share content within the community, and CMO Circle is not responsible for member-generated messages or content. However, we do apply moderation where required to ensure the community remains a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

If you have a concern about content within the community, or wish to report something, please contact the admin team and we will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Manage your membership and access to the community

  • Send you relevant community updates and event information

  • Administer and improve CMO Circle events and activities

  • Respond to your queries and messages

  • Ensure the safety and integrity of the community
